Panic Attacks Gluten

Posted by admin under panic attacks

can a gluten allergy become noticeable or really bad from anxiety and stress?

I have always suffered from headaches and tiredness, but recently I have experienced multiple stomache problems, panic attacks, mouth sores, leg cramps, and frequent headaches. I have been going through alot of stress and was wondering if I could be allergic to gluten? Because I stopped eating gluten for a couple of days and felt a little better, btu someone told me I would have always been allergic.

Go to your doctor and be diagnosed correctly. Many people unnecessarily put themselves on ‘gluten’ free diets when they don’t need to be. What you are describing are not necessarily only related to gluten ingestion or allergy-they could purely be a result of you being stressed or some other condition. See your dr. for some expert advice.
