Could this be PMDD?

A few years ago I started having strange symptoms before and during my menstrual cycle. I’d always had a pretty normal cycle, not irregular or too heavy, sometimes really bad cramps, etc. But one day I woke up with terrible stomach pains, severe diarrhea and vomiting. I went to the bathroom 13 times within a couple hours. The next day I got my period. All week I had bad diarrhea, nausea, stomach pain, no appetite, bad fatigue, felt faint, panic attacks, uncontrollable crying and the worst depression of my life. I felt weird all month, until it was time for my period again, my symptoms returned. Off and on since my period is like this, sometimes not as bad. I feel sicker than any illness I’d ever had. I went to the gyno and he found nothing wrong with me physcially. I was put on paxil and ortho evra. My problems are almost gone, but at times can return almost as bad. I’m still left with no diagnosis.
All I know it is not related to sex as I was a virgin when my problem started.
