I cannot stop worrying about having another panic attack.?

A month ago i had my first panic attack & I’m not even 21 yet. Now my first thoughts in the morning is about when i’ll hav my next panic attack. The anxiety increases as it gets later in the day. I find myself having the urge to go outside when there is no need, and wanting to do things because i feel that if i dont the anxiety will increase. I’ve tried breathing exercises but they are just temporary relievers..
ANY ADVICE??

You have the best answer right there: “I find myself having the urge to go outside when there is no need, and wanting to do things because i feel that if i don’t the anxiety will increase.” That exactly what you should do: find some form of physical exercise (walking, running if you don’t like sports) because when you exercise your body releases endorphins that will make you feel better and reduce your anxiety levels.
