i had a panic attack earlier and my blood pressure went up to like 156/83 and then went back down after i calmed down. afterwards i started to get a ringing in my ear. it is only in my right ear. can this be a cause if the panic attack? the ringing in my ear has been there for like one hr. could it be something else? what can i do to make it go away? has anyone else had this who has had panic attacks?

Panic attacks have lots of symptoms, click on the area of the body on web md and I'm sure ringing in your ears would come up with anxiety attack as a symptom. I personally have been known to throw up or have dry heaves when I have a panic attack, others get tight chested, and some people need paramedics to bring them oxygen. Some people faint also you could shake really hard, symptoms vary from person to person. You might want to see a psychologist or psychiatrist talk to a doctor, sometimes they will refer you to a psychiatrist right away.
