If panic attacks with BPD are uncommon, what are they most common with?
Almost every psychiatric condition can be accompanied with panic attacks. Borderline Personality Disorder can make you feel very insecure and see abandonment everywhere and a loved person’s act can trigger a panic attack if misinterpreted. Of course, other symptoms accompany BPD. People who are depressed or bipolar also get panic attacks. And there is such a thing as pure GAD, general anxiety disorder, where obviously the main symptom would be panic attacks. Most medication you’ll take for BPD will also treat panic attacks but cognitive behavioral therapy techniques are well worth learning and work well. It is a combination of slow breathing and messages you repeat to yourself to help you see reality instead of a panicked illusion.
Stress… I find that when I become stressed, even the tiniest of things can make me even more stressed and send me into a panic attack. I try to clear my mind, taking it off the problems by taking a break, listening to music, watching tv, anything to make me forget, then I can deal with the problem better since Im not stressed as much

Often because of their upbringing, people suffering from BPD lack the ability to regulate their moods, tend to see things in terms of black and white, rather than shades of grey, and often idealise, then devalue, in relationships. They also tend to have a great fear* of abandonment, and sometimes go to extreme lengths to prevent it.
Because of this*, it seems likely that panic attacks would be fairly likely. They also occur in agoraphobia, and other anxiety spectrum disorders.
Effective natural treatment for panic & anxiety attacks is shown at http://your-mental-health.8m.com/blank_25.html and pages h**, & i respectively. The difference is shown here**. See pages G & X about BPD.
