If your mind is going crazy, you’ll have a hard time regaining control. So, you need to let your body relax so you are able to regain control of your circumstances. A excellent technique in this scenario is to take a bunch of deep breaths. Breath in gradually and feel the bad feelings exit each time you exhale.
