What Are Some Herbs For Anxiety Issues?

I know Chamomile works good, but what are some other ones? I need to make a tincture for my herbal remedy class, but we haven’t covered that yet.
Okay. Not all of us live in California. Weed is still illegal in Az.
The goal is to make something and then use it. I can’t go and buy it.

rose hops, st. johns warts, Ginger, valerian, root catnip, peppermint, alfalfa, dandelion root,and mullein leaf. that is all i can think of i am no expert but they work for me as well as a supplement htp5 great for sleep. i don"t take lexapro any more and i have not gone to jail. Wellbutrien and lexapro made me suicidal and manic. it was like i was another person, note any of these things takes about 2 weeks to make absorption. but any thing you can take as a liquid will absorb faster.

    borah gave a great list of herbs, you can look for teas or essential oils of these herbs and use for aromatherapy. try also some meditation/deep breathing exercises before bed.

    Try smoking herbal, organic sheesa. The stuff with no tobacco if you don’t smoke.

    St Johns wort is the best. It is the natural antidepressant. In Germany it is commonly prescribed for mild to moderate depression.
